Software that runs your business quietly.
We design and build secure dashboards, automation, and internal systems for healthcare and operations teams. The kind of software that disappears into your workflow and stops being something you think about.
Three things, done well.
We deliberately stay narrow. Software, automation, and clear-headed consulting, built for teams that need their tools to actually work.
Software Development
Web apps, dashboards, and internal tools built on stacks we can defend in a code review. React, FastAPI, AWS. Secure by default. Scalable when you grow.
- Custom dashboards & portals
- Cognito-protected admin systems
- Cloud-native on AWS
Automation & Integration
The CSV imports, the manual exports, the reports someone runs every Friday. We replace those with pipelines that run themselves and surface only what matters.
- Data ingestion pipelines
- API integrations & ETL
- Scheduled workflows
IT Consulting
Stack decisions, architecture review, security audits, and the conversations you wish you'd had before the rebuild. Plain English, written down, with trade-offs spelled out.
- Architecture & stack reviews
- Security & auth audits
- Production-readiness checks
A live healthcare
operation, visible at last.
Argencis runs a high-volume DME network. They needed order visibility across hundreds of referral sources without rebuilding their existing systems.
Order visibility for 400+ referral sources, built from zero.
We built Argencis a public order portal and a Cognito-protected admin dashboard, backed by FastAPI on EC2, DynamoDB, and a Brightree CSV ingestion pipeline. Referral partners check status without phone calls. Admins see the whole pipeline on one screen. The team gets their afternoons back.
RamTech has been wonderful to work with and has exceeded expectations every step of the way.
We don't just build software.
We ship it.
RamTech invests in its own products too. FluentLoop is our first, built from a single conviction: that the people who need speech practice deserve tools that don't make them feel watched.
Stuttering practice that respects the person.
FluentLoop is a browser-based practice tool for students who stutter. It listens to short, low-stakes prompts, gives gentle real-time feedback, and tracks fluency progress over weeks. No recording, no judgment, nothing sensitive uploaded to a server. Built end-to-end on Next.js + FastAPI, deployed and live.
The person building this.
RamTech is a small team led directly by its founder. You won't be passed to an account manager. You'll talk to the engineer.
Hi, I'm Sriram.
"I started RamTech because the best software I'd ever shipped didn't look like a product. It looked like a team that suddenly had time back."
I've spent the last eight years writing production software. Full-stack systems, cloud infrastructure on AWS, automation pipelines, and the unglamorous internal tools that keep operations running. RamTech exists to bring that same standard to growing teams who shouldn't have to choose between hiring a CTO and shipping the dashboard their business actually needs. Currently pursuing my MBA, building products from Oklahoma City, and quietly obsessed with the idea that good software should feel like nothing at all.

Small enough to care.
Senior enough to ship.
No account managers, no offshore handoffs, no decks where the work should be. You talk to the people writing the code.
Outcomes, not deliverables
We start every engagement by writing down what success looks like in business terms. Fewer support calls, faster cycle time, money saved. The code is the means, not the point.
Production-grade by default
Every project ships with auth, logging, monitoring, and a real handover. We've written security audits for our own work. The standard is the same whether you ask for it or not.
You own everything
Your code, your AWS account, your domain, your data. No vendor lock-in. No "platform fees." If you ever want to walk, you walk with the keys.
Honest scoping
We'll tell you when a project doesn't need to be built, when an off-the-shelf tool is enough, or when the timeline you have in mind isn't realistic. Trust compounds.
From first call to live system, in four steps.
Tight loops, written decisions, working software. No 80-page PRDs nobody reads.
What clients actually walk away with.
A snapshot from active engagements. Numbers we'd put in writing.
Things people ask before signing.
Honest answers to what you're probably already wondering. If something's not here, just ask.
What if my project is smaller than $15K?
Do you sign NDAs before a discovery call?
Can you work alongside our existing engineering team?
What happens after the project ships?
What kinds of projects do you turn down?
Are you available for federal or sole-source contracts?
Have a workflow that's still on a spreadsheet?
Tell us what's broken. We'll tell you in writing whether we can fix it, what it costs, and how long it takes. Within 48 hours.
